Aliyev/Aliev in the Washington Times

Here is a really interesting article in the Washington Times about our Rakhat Aliyev who remains a fugitive from justice and is seeking asylum in Austria. In a Dec. 3 story in The Washington Times, Mr. Aliyev claimed he is being punished for revealing plans to challenge Mr. Nazarbayev in 2012 elections.
